1. Minimum Contract Period

• All Social Media Marketing packages require a minimum contract period of three (3) months.
• Early termination by the client does not qualify for any refund.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

• The Money-Back Guarantee is applicable only to the Premium Package.
• Refund requests will be reviewed after the completion of the minimum 3-month contract period.
• The guarantee is void if the client fails to follow the recommended marketing strategy, ad guidelines, content approvals, or operational instructions provided by The E Media.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds, if approved, will apply only to service charges.
• Advertising budget, third-party costs, and platform fees are strictly non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued if campaigns are paused, delayed, or underperform due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to client delays, market conditions, or platform policy changes.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful campaign execution, the client must provide the following before project initiation:
• Brand logo(s) and visual assets
• Basic business information
• Marketing objectives and target audience details
• Access to social media accounts and ad platforms

Delays in providing the above may result in project delays without liability to The E Media.

5. Project Start Timeline

• Work will commence within seven (7) working days after contract signing and receipt of all required information, approvals, and initial payment.

6. Compliance with Guidelines

• Clients must strictly follow The E Media’s marketing, content, and campaign guidelines.
• Any deviation, refusal to implement recommendations, or unauthorized changes may negatively affect results and will nullify any refund eligibility.

7. Advertising Budget

• Advertising spend is managed through third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).
• The E Media does not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, or ROI, as performance depends on multiple external factors.

8. Sales Team Training

• Basic strategy guidance is included where applicable.
• On-site sales team training and multiple physical visits are not included and will be charged separately based on scope, location, and duration.

9. Performance & Reporting

• Reports will be shared as per the selected package.
• Campaign performance insights and optimization recommendations will be provided based on data analytics and industry best practices.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• Signing the contract or making payment confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
